Maths class

I would make a great leader because I can make an impact on students’ performance in school by providing excellent tutoring so they can achieve higher grades. I have previous experience of planning and delivering maths lessons in a structured format to a group of primary school children. I can adapt my teaching method to different students, which I have shown in the classroom as well as providing productive and effective lessons on Zoom due to Covid-19. I was able to use Zoom using different resources, such as, Powerpoint and whiteboard to deliver lessons and still engage the students. As a result of this, the grades of my students improved over the course of a term. I learnt how to engage with different students and make them more confident by creating an informal relationship with them, which helped them engage with the lessons more.
