Primary tuition

I am a qualified teacher with QTS since 1997. I have been teaching for 22 years in Brent and throughout my experience across Key Stage One and Key Stage Two. I have a proven record of helping children progress, providing positive learning experiences as well as building and maintaining relationships with parents. I enjoy sharing knowledge, inspiring both children and adults. I am experienced in leading, adept at training, motivating and developing others. I possess a clear understanding of the essential qualities necessary for improving the quality of teaching and learning and this has enabled me to raise standards in the schools that I have worked in. During the past few years of teaching I have always received excellent lesson observation feedback from Head Teachers and leaders. In my most recent maths observation my lesson was classified outstanding. As an excellent classroom teacher, I have shared good practice with my colleagues. I have supported my current teaching assistant in the development of her teaching. I have observed her and set achievable and challenging targets for her to become a good/outstanding teacher.
